Monarchy didn’t market Wanted Fertility. Monarchy built it — the name, the brand, the platform and the content engine — and took an account that did not exist to over twenty million views in a single quarter.

In one paragraph

Wanted Fertility is a consumer fertility brand developed by Monarchy's team in April 2026. Monarchy has been in charge of every part of establishing the business from the corporate standpoint through the overall organization — including investor relationships.

Monarchy created the name, the brand identity, the visual system and the voice; designed and shipped the subscription platform including the outcomes algorithm and payments; and built the content engine that publishes daily across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

The launch roadmap was signed off on 13 April 2026. The platform went live on 28 April 2026, 960 production hours from concept. The content engine began publishing on 7 May 2026. Eight weeks later a single week was producing 215,461 interactions, and total views had passed 20 million — from a standing start of zero.

The problem

It started with
four miscarriages.

Wanted Fertility began as a personal problem. One of the founders, Nicole, went through four back-to-back miscarriages — and met a system with no answer beyond waiting or IVF at $35,000+ per cycle.

Between "keep trying" and "start IVF" there is a long, expensive, badly-served middle. Millions of women are told their infertility is unexplained — which usually means un-investigated.

That gap is why the company exists: to give women a real chance at building a family — better, faster, and cheaper.

From nothing to a quarter of a million.

The account did not exist in early May 2026. Eight weeks later a single week was producing 215,461 interactions. No legacy audience, no acquired following, no borrowed reach — every one of those interactions was built from zero.

The advertising

$60 a lead.
Then under $4.

The first leads cost sixty dollars each. They now cost less than four — a fifteen-fold improvement on the same offer, in the same market, against the same audience.

Improvement to date

From $60 to under $4 per lead. Not a new offer and not a new audience — the same campaign, run by a team that kept reading what the data said.

Where it goes next

We are on target to reach under one dollar per lead. Stated as a target, not a result.

The next evolution

An announcement is coming on the next evolution of the platform — shaped by over 100 interviews with women who told us what they actually needed. Built to be the most complete solution for infertility on the market.

The creative

One line of copy
doing the whole job.

Every ad is built on a sentence a woman in the gap has already said to herself. No stock optimism, no soft-focus reassurance — the recognition is the hook.

Two pillars, batched weekly, run daily.

Medical authority carries the credibility. User stories carry the reach — the emotional arc of the journey in the words of women living it. Both outlier reels, the 1.8M and the 660K, came from the second pillar.

Why we built it

It started with
someone's own story.

Nicole wanted to be a mother. The system told her: not unless you can pay $60,000. Not unless you live near a specialist. Your case is hard — the only solution is IVF.

She was one of the lucky ones. She had the resources to keep trying. Around 100 million women worldwide do not.

That word — unless — is why Wanted Fertility exists. And it is why every line in the campaign is something a real person had already said to herself: because the person writing the brief had said it too.

We build companies with a soul.

Monarchy takes on ventures that can change society and move it further. Not because it is a nicer story — because that is the purpose of entrepreneurship: to create goods and services that are useful and that improve society.

It also decides what we say no to. We would rather build fewer companies that leave society measurably better than run campaigns for anything that pays.

What we owned

Not a campaign.
A company.

Questions

The things people ask.

What did Monarchy Media actually do for Wanted Fertility?

Monarchy's team developed Wanted Fertility in April 2026 and has been in charge of every part of establishing the business from the corporate standpoint through the overall organization, including investor relationships. Monarchy created the name, brand identity, visual system and voice, designed and shipped the subscription platform including the outcomes algorithm and payments, and built the content engine publishing daily across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

How fast did Wanted Fertility grow on social media?

Weekly Instagram interactions went from 572 in week one to 215,461 in week eight, from an account that did not exist. Total views have passed 20 million, with 12,900 Instagram followers and 11,000 on Facebook.

What cost per lead did Monarchy achieve?

Cost per lead fell from $60 at launch to under $4 — a fifteen-fold improvement on the same offer, in the same market, against the same audience. Monarchy is on target to reach under $1 per lead.

Why was Wanted Fertility created?

It began as a personal problem. Founder Nicole Tabs d'Agostini went through four back-to-back miscarriages and met a system that offered no answer beyond waiting or IVF at $35,000+ per cycle. The company exists to give women a real chance at building a family — better, faster and cheaper.

Where do these figures come from?

Interaction and follower figures are as reported by Instagram and Facebook. View counts and cost per lead are internal reporting. Results vary with category, offer and spend — each figure is a historical result over a stated period, not a projection and not a guarantee.
