Our call center is managed

The people come first, and then the AI is layered on top. That is what keeps the story AI powered and undeniably human.

One Month Case Study

A worked example · multi-location dental

146 locations.
One month.

The floor is vertical-agnostic — it books appointments for any business that runs on them. This is one worked example: four cohorts of dental groups, every column, highest return to lowest.

The four services

One operating path,
lead to chair.

Outbound marketing — Monarchy call center service
01

Outbound marketing

We call the list nobody calls. Cold, lapsed, and unworked leads worked by people who know the language of the practice.

Inbound campaign management — Monarchy call center service
02

Inbound campaign management

Every campaign lead answered live. No voicemail, no callback queue, no lead dying in a form.

Appointment confirmations — Monarchy call center service
03

Appointment confirmations

The booking is not the outcome — the visit is. Recall and confirmation campaigns lifted the strongest cohort to a 56.8% show rate.

Pre-qualification — Monarchy call center service
04

Pre-qualification

Financial qualification before the appointment. The location sees customers who can actually proceed.

How it holds up

The boring parts
are the moat.

Compliance, staffing and infrastructure are what let a multi-location operator hand a stranger their patient list. We lead with them rather than burying them.

100% HIPAA compliant

100% HIPAA compliant

Every call, every record, every hand-off. Compliance is not a footnote on this floor — it is the reason a multi-location operator can hand us their patient list at all.

In one paragraph

The Floor is Monarchy's 100% HIPAA-compliant call center division. It runs four services for multi-location operators: outbound marketing, inbound campaign management, appointment confirmations, and pre-qualification.

In one month our floor booked 8,867 appointments across 146 offices in Georgia, Florida, California and Texas, for groups ranging from four locations to eighty-six. Every appointment was counted in the location's own system, not Monarchy's.

What we are actually selling

We are masters of
communication.

Producing a message became free. Producing the right message, to a specific person, at the moment they are deciding, did not. That gap is the whole business.

Every company can now generate more outreach than it can handle. Volume stopped being an advantage the moment it stopped being difficult. What stayed hard is what was always hard: knowing what to say to someone who is hesitating, hearing the objection they did not voice, and holding a conversation long enough for a decision to become possible.

That is the discipline this division is built on. The AI makes every agent faster, better briefed, and consistent across ten thousand calls. It does not make the call. A person does — and the quality of that person’s communication is the product.

The measurable version of that claim is the show rate. Anyone can book an appointment. Getting the person to walk through the door weeks later is a test of whether the conversation actually worked. In June 2026, across 146 locations, 5,212 of 8,867 booked appointments were kept. That number is a communication metric before it is a sales one.

“The first ten seconds decide the call. Most floors spend them talking.”
“The objection people say out loud is rarely the one stopping them.”
“A booking is a promise. A kept appointment is a conversation that earned it.”

The complaint ladder

Every department of the call center
was born from an attrition point.

Not a service menu. An escalation — each rung is a place patients fall out of the cycle.

“Leads don’t answer.”
The FloorEvery lead contacted by a human, fast, on a schedule you can audit.
“Bookings don’t show.”
ConfirmationsRecall and confirmation campaigns. Portfolio show rate: 52.8% — and we publish it.
“They arrive but can’t pay.”
Pre-qualificationFinancial qualification before the appointment, not at the desk.
“The location still doesn’t close.”
Virtual sales agentsThat wasn’t a problem. That was the opportunity.

Every bucket is an attrition point. We govern the whole cycle — the cost of the lead, how fast it is contacted, and who is responsible for it.

Questions

The things operators ask.

How many appointments can the floor actually book?

In June 2026, 8,867 appointments across 146 locations in Georgia, Florida, California and Texas — for groups ranging from four locations to eighty-six. Every appointment was counted in the location's own system, not ours.

What return should I expect?

The portfolio average is 41.6× monthly. By cohort it runs from 60.8× for a 36-office group in Georgia and Florida down to 8.5× for a four-office group in Texas. We publish the lowest number as well as the highest, because a range you can inspect is worth more than an average you have to trust.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

100%. No robocalls, no predictive dialing — humans make every call and AI governs and grades them. Number hygiene is reported weekly and dashboards are built the way you want to read them.

Who is actually on the phone?

More than 50 dedicated agents, many of them former patient coordinators and office managers who already speak the language of the front desk. The floor is bilingual in English and Spanish by default, not by transfer queue.

Where do these figures come from?

One calendar month of production across the named cohorts, counted in each location's own system. Figures are for general practices with an average ticket around $250. Results vary with category, offer, in-office service quality and lead volume — each figure is a historical result over a stated period, not a projection and not a guarantee.
